  • I am a skillful negotiator with an MBA and over 20 years negotiating sales contracts.
  • I explain any terms or stipulations in a contract that you do not understand and point out any that are not in your best interest to accept.
  • I am creative in finding alternative solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • I do not attempt to "strong-arm" you into accepting any contract you don't like.
  • I manage the closing process attentively to complete the sale.

  • You are my client: my duty to you is to negotiate the combination of price, terms, stipulations, and convenience that best meets your needs.
  • If I bring the buyer to the negotiating table, I will represent the buyer only as a customer, not as a client.
